When designing the new site it was imperative that we helped visitors find what they needed and fast. It needed to serve as a tool that was part of their process when planning their next trip or while on location. Whether for residents, shoppers, workers, investors or store owners, it had to be easy to use.

Getting people around is one of the most important aspects of a website for a place-based organization. So we asked ourselves how do we take the standard directory and make it more useable? First step, make it digital. That way it's always with you and you aren't wondering around looking for the directory. The next progression was to make it filterable. when you select a category all the stores that aren't in that section fade away making it easier to find the store, restaurant or apartment building you want to go.
